Refurbished Laptops in Delhi — A1 Grade, GST Bill & Warranty | CNC

A brand-new laptop costs ₹30,000–₹80,000. A properly refurbished one from a trusted shop costs ₹8,000–₹25,000 — and performs almost identically for office work, studies, and everyday use. Classic Network and Computers (CNC) at O-41, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi has been supplying A1-grade refurbished laptops and desktops since 1996. Every machine is tested, cleaned, repaired if needed, and certified by our engineers before it reaches the customer.

What Does “A1 Grade Refurbished” Actually Mean?

Not all refurbished laptops are the same. Grading matters. A1 — the only grade CNC sells — means:

• No cracks, dents, or broken hinges on the body
• Screen bright, no dead pixels, no backlight bleed
• Battery holds at least 80% of original capacity
• All keys work, trackpad is responsive, no sticky keys
• All ports working — USB, HDMI, headphone jack, SD card
• Internally cleaned, thermal paste replaced where needed
• Original licensed OS installed and activated (Windows 11 or Windows 10)

Grade B and C machines — common with online sellers — may have cracked hinges, dead pixels, or batteries that drain in 30 minutes. CNC does not stock or sell below A1 grade.

Refurbished Laptop Price Range at CNC — 2026

What Your Budget Really Buys — ₹10,000, ₹15,000 and ₹20,000

Most buyers walk in with a budget, not a model. “Ten thousand mein kya milega?” is the most common first question at our counter. Here is the honest answer for the Delhi market in 2026.

Under ₹10,000

An older business laptop — Dell Latitude, HP ProBook or Lenovo ThinkPad — with a Core i3 or an older Core i5, 8GB RAM and a 256GB SSD. Battery backup is usually 1 to 2 hours. It handles school work, online classes, billing, browsing and MS Office well. It is not meant for video editing or gaming. In this budget an SSD matters more than the processor: the same laptop feels two to three times faster with an SSD than with a hard disk.

₹10,000 to ₹15,000

A Core i5 with 8GB RAM and a 256GB SSD, in better cosmetic condition and with a healthier battery. This is the best-value range for most home and office users — Tally, Zoom calls, many browser tabs and light Photoshop all run comfortably.

₹15,000 to ₹20,000

A newer Core i5 or a Core i7, 8–16GB RAM and a 512GB SSD, often with a full HD screen. Ask for a model that officially supports Windows 11, now that Windows 10 support has ended. A good fit for professionals, work-from-home and college students.

Above ₹20,000

Core i7, 16GB RAM and 512GB–1TB SSD. At this budget also compare with a new entry-level laptop — our refurbished vs new comparison shows the three-year cost of both.

Can You Get a Gaming Laptop or Gaming PC on a Small Budget?

We are often asked for a “gaming PC under ₹5,000”. Honestly, that does not exist. At that price you get a very old desktop that cannot run current games, because a usable graphics card alone costs more than that. If someone offers you a “gaming laptop” very cheaply, check the graphics card model and run a game for 15 minutes before paying. Overheating is the most common hidden fault.

Three More Checks Before You Pay Anyone

Our comparison guide lists five checks — battery report, ports, screen, keyboard and GST invoice. Add these three:

• SSD health. Ask the seller to open a tool such as CrystalDiskInfo and show the health percentage.
• Genuine Windows. Settings → Activation should say “activated with a digital licence”.
• Warranty in writing. The number of days and what is covered should be written on the bill, not only promised.

A seller who will not let you test a laptop for 10 minutes is a seller to avoid.

Type	Typical Specs	Price Range
Basic office laptop	Core i3/i5, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD	₹8,000 – ₹13,000
Mid-range work laptop	Core i5/i7, 8–16GB RAM, 512GB SSD	₹14,000 – ₹22,000
High-performance laptop	Core i7, 16GB RAM, 512GB–1TB SSD	₹23,000 – ₹35,000
Apple MacBook Air (Intel)	Core i5, 8GB, 256GB SSD	₹28,000 – ₹40,000
Desktop PC (CPU + monitor)	Core i5, 8GB RAM, 500GB HDD, 19″ screen	₹9,000 – ₹16,000

All prices include GST. Exact price depends on current stock, condition, and configuration. Call to confirm before visiting.

Is It Safe to Buy a Refurbished Laptop in Delhi?

The honest answer: it depends entirely on who you buy from.

The risk with refurbished laptops comes from sellers who do not test the machine properly, do not replace the battery, use pirated Windows, and provide no real invoice. In Delhi’s grey market, this is common.

Three things to always verify before buying refurbished anywhere:

1. GST invoice — if the seller refuses to give a GST bill, walk away. No invoice means no warranty claim and no input tax credit.
2. Battery health above 75% — ask to see it in Windows Battery Report or Settings → System → Battery. Anything below 70% will need replacement within months.
3. Physical address you can return to — an online seller or roadside shop has no accountability. CNC has been at O-41, West Patel Nagar since 1996.

CNC has 30 years of IT service experience and a walk-in shop where you test the machine yourself before paying. If something fails under warranty, you walk back in — no courier, no waiting.

Exchange Your Old Laptop

CNC accepts old or damaged laptops and desktops as part-exchange when you buy a refurbished machine. The exchange value depends on your current machine’s model, age, and condition. Bring it in for a free instant valuation — no commitment to proceed.

Who Buys Refurbished Laptops at CNC?

• Startups and small businesses — 5–10 certified machines with GST bills at a fraction of new cost
• Home users — browsing, video calls, streaming, basic office work
• Freelancers and designers — mid-range i7 machines at ₹20,000–25,000 handle most professional workloads
• Schools and coaching centres — bulk orders with group discount available

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between refurbished and second-hand?

Second-hand means a used item sold as-is with no testing, no repairs, and no warranty. Refurbished means the item has been professionally inspected, repaired where needed, cleaned, and certified. At CNC, every refurbished laptop goes through a 15-point check before sale. A second-hand laptop from OLX has no such guarantee.

Do refurbished laptops come with Windows?

Yes. All CNC refurbished laptops come with a genuine, activated copy of Windows — either Windows 10 or Windows 11 depending on the model’s compatibility. Microsoft Office is available for purchase separately. CNC does not install or supply pirated software.

How long is the warranty on CNC refurbished laptops?

Warranty duration depends on the machine’s age, brand, and condition. CNC confirms the warranty period at the time of purchase and provides it in writing. If anything fails within the warranty period, bring it back to our West Patel Nagar shop — no questions asked.

Can I get a GST invoice for business purchase?

Yes. CNC is GST-registered (GSTN: 07AAFPM8324E1ZT). Every purchase includes a proper GST invoice, which your business can claim as input tax credit.

Do you offer bulk purchase discounts for offices?

Yes. Orders of 5 or more units attract volume pricing. Call +91-9810130131 to discuss your requirement and get a written quotation within 24 hours.

Which second-hand laptop is best under ₹10,000 in Delhi?

An older business-series laptop — Dell Latitude, HP ProBook or EliteBook, Lenovo ThinkPad — with an SSD. Business models are built stronger than consumer models of the same age, and parts are easy to find in Delhi.

Second-hand laptop ₹10,000 mein achha milta hai kya?

Haan. Padhai, browsing aur office ke kaam ke liye theek laptop mil jaata hai. SSD wala model lein, GST bill lein aur warranty bill par likhwa kar lein.
