IT Service Engineer
UrgentDiagnose and repair laptops, desktops, and servers for CNC clients across Delhi NCR. You will handle hardware repair (screen, battery, motherboard, keyboard), OS installation, virus removal, RAM/SSD upgrades, and preventive maintenance visits.
Field Service Engineer
OpenProvide on-site IT support at client premises across Delhi NCR under AMC contracts. You will be the primary engineer for 5–10 client accounts, handling all hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues. Professional communication and punctuality are essential.
CCTV & Networking Installation Technician
OpenInstall and maintain CCTV systems (CP Plus, Hikvision, Dahua) and structured network cabling at client premises across Delhi NCR. You will handle camera mounting, DVR/NVR configuration, remote monitoring setup, and network cable termination.
IT Sales Executive
NewGenerate new business for CNC's IT services — AMC contracts, laptop repair packages, CCTV installations, cyber security, and cloud solutions. You will identify and visit prospective clients (SMEs, offices, hospitals, institutions) across Delhi NCR, build relationships, and close contracts. Strong growth potential and uncapped incentives.
Cybersecurity Executive
OpenDeploy and manage cyber security solutions for CNC's enterprise clients — firewall configuration (Fortinet, Cisco), endpoint protection, email security, VAPT assessments, and DPDP Act compliance consulting. You will work with CNC's enterprise accounts including hospitals, NGOs, and corporate clients.
AMC Coordinator / Account Manager
OpenManage CNC's AMC client accounts — scheduling preventive maintenance visits, coordinating engineer assignments, tracking SLA compliance, maintaining client relationships, and preparing monthly service reports. You are the single point of contact for 50+ AMC clients.
Customer Support Engineer
NewHandle inbound support calls and remote troubleshooting for CNC's AMC and retail clients across Delhi NCR. You will diagnose hardware and software issues over phone and remote desktop, log tickets, escalate to field engineers when required, and ensure clients receive timely resolution. Good communication skills in Hindi and English are essential. Freshers with basic IT knowledge are welcome to apply.
Service Coordinator
OpenCoordinate daily service operations at CNC — dispatching field engineers to client sites, scheduling repairs, tracking job status, managing spare parts inventory, and preparing daily and weekly service reports. You will be the operational hub between clients, engineers, and management. Prior experience in an IT company, service centre, or logistics coordination role is preferred.
