An onsite IT engineer — also called an IT Resident Engineer or Dedicated IT Engineer — is a qualified IT professional deployed full-time or part-time at your office. Unlike a remote helpdesk or an occasional service visit, the engineer is physically present at your premises during working hours, so problems get fixed in minutes, not hours.
